We’re excited to announce that the Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency division from Revive Financial is now an independent business with a new name.
Introducing Business Reset.
While we’re now a separate company to Revive Financial, we are the same people with the same focus on helping business owners and their advisors navigate the challenging waters of corporate insolvency and restructuring, especially in the Small Business Restructuring (SBR) space.
Why the change?
Our founder, Jarvis Archer, has been leading the Corporate Insolvency & Restructuring division at Revive Financial since 2018. In that time the business has grown and the team has achieved amazing outcomes for many company directors, but Jarvis was ready for a new chapter.
As a newly minted benevolent dictator, Jarvis is now able to grow the team and directly steer the business towards his vision.
It’s exciting times for Jarvis and for the team.
About the new name
Often company directors have said to us, “I just need to press reset,” when expressing their need to start again and do things differently next time.
The idea of ‘pressing reset’ also reflects our passion for making the process simple for our clients and our referrers.
We’re passionate about what we do because every week we see the effect of “reset your debt, reset your life” in the lives of our clients. It’s profound and it’s a privilege to be able to facilitate that.
The team
The team remains the same, other than we’re growing fast. In the past few months we’ve had six new team members join the team.
Our head office remains on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and our team is still located across the sunny coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong and the Philippines. We hire great talent wherever it’s located.
It’s business as usual
So if you’re a company director dealing with us or an accountant or business advisor who refers to us, nothing changes – it's business as usual. The company entity and ABN remains the same. It’s just a rename in that regard.

In the next couple of months we’ll be back into the swing of our regular webinars, blog articles and email newsletters. Watch this space on that front.
